Shipping Conditions
Processing Times
All orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receipt of order. Please note that processing times may vary during periods of high order volume. Delivery times for all types of machinery may vary and can take 2-8 business days.Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are €5.90. All orders over €49 are usually shipped free of charge.
We always state the estimated delivery times next to each item and update them regularly.
Delivery Status/Tracking
Delivery status unfulfilled:
Your order is currently being processed and packaged.
Delivery status fulfilled:
Your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider and has left our warehouse.
Tracking:
As soon as we have shipped your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via email. You can use this to track your shipment.

Customs duties:
All our orders are shipped from Germany. For this reason, there are no customs duties or import taxes within the EU and Switzerland.
Please note that outside the EU, different regulations regarding customs or import VAT may apply.
These fees are 100% payable to the customs of the respective recipient country & must be borne by you, even if you refuse to accept the package. These costs will be deducted from your credit in the event of a return.
