The new high-performance AirThread 2000D PROFESSIONAL overlock machine is characterized by high performance and smooth operation, and is like a breath of fresh air.
No matter what you want to sew, this 2/3/4 thread overlock machine will take your projects to a new level. You can finish special fabrics, such as silk and satin, with fine rolled hems and picot edges. With 3 threads, you can create beautiful pintucks for lingerie, or activate the integrated looper cover for the finest 2-thread rolled hem on curves, hems, and ruffles. With the AirThread 2000D PROFESSIONAL, you can achieve the finish you've always dreamed of.
To avoid puckering on delicate fabrics, the underside of the presser foot has a smooth, flat surface that stabilizes loop formation at the beginning of the seam. In addition, indentations are provided on both sides of the foot to prevent heavy fabrics from slipping when cut... perfect for making garments and home decor projects. The large, flat work surface helps you guide the fabric, and the spacious waste box catches all cut fabric scraps and threads.
Use the 4-thread safety stitch for leisure, sportswear, and dancewear made of stretch and knit fabrics. The integrated differential feed and the 8-part feed dog guide the fabrics smoothly. The opening of the needle plate is as small as possible so that the fabric can be guided well. You can cut and finish all types of fabric in one step. Try a flatlock seam with thicker thread for a beautiful decorative effect.
Threading System
Improved slide-and-go thread guides allow you to quickly and easily route the thread. The slide-and-go thread guides save you the trouble of threading the upper tension discs, thus preventing threading errors.
Presser Foot Pressure Adjustment Dial
A powerful motor operates inside the machine. Thanks to the ball-bearing shafts in the lower and upper areas.
Easily Accessible Adjustment Knobs
Make simple adjustments to the cutting width, select the function on the knife's upper release button, and switch to rolled hemming with a simple movement of the stitch finger lever. All these adjustments are now located on the right side of the sewing bed for easier operation.
Built-in Needle Threader
With an integrated needle threader, manual needle threading is a thing of the past. The threader allows easy threading of the right and left needle positions.
Integrated Regulator
The stitch length adjustment and differential feed adjustment have been integrated into a dual-function dial. Simply select the textured dials to change your stitch length at any time (even while sewing) to obtain stitches between 1.0-5.0 mm. The unique differential feed prevents fabric puckering, allows you to adjust the elasticity of seams while sewing, and enables you to add finished effects to your sewing. Adjustable from 0.5-2.0 mm.
